We want you to love your items just as much as we loved designing it. If it isn’t quite right, you’re welcome to request a return or exchange within 30 days of receiving your order. All we ask is that the item comes back to us in acceptable condition and in its original packaging.

Yes, shipping really is free.
For all orders within the USA, we provide free UPS shipping. There is no paid priority option because it is not needed. Every customer receives the same fast, careful service.
We pack your items by hand in our boutique and send it out as soon as your order comes in. Once your package is on its way, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow it all the way to your doorstep. Delivery times can vary a little depending on where you live, but our promise is simple: we ship quickly and you do not pay for shipping.
Each piece begins as a sketch at our worktable, where we spend time shaping ideas, choosing fabrics, and refining every detail. Once a design feels just right, it moves into careful production to bring the piece to life.
Before any item is sent out, we make sure it reflects the quality and thought we put into every design. It’s our way of ensuring that every June, Joan & Jenny piece carries the care, creativity, and attention we started this brand with.
Each product page includes a detailed size chart to help you find your perfect fit. We always recommend comparing the chart to a similar item you already own.
